OUR VISION.

Imagine 2.25 miles of a dedicated bicycle/pedestrian bridge-and-berm accessible nature trail. This historic route would preserve our heritage while bringing tourism and opportunity to Monroe County and the Delta. If saved, this route would connect a national bicycle route from Little Rock to Memphis, following the original 1828 road from Little Rock to Memphis. Such a trail would offer a singular beauty, as pedestrians and cyclists move along a treetop journey through the Cache River National Wildlife Refuge, a part of the  largest hardwood bottomland forest in America.

Better than anything, the four-minute video below will give you an intimate understanding of what we're trying to accomplish and why we're so passionate about it.
